Megaton Cargo Services is the exclusive CSA for Kuwait Airways Cargo in Oman. With Kuwait Airways operating 4 fights a week from Muscat i.e. is Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. It has approximately about minimum 2.5tons tons of space available on each flight to uplift all types of cargo ex Muscat.
Kuwait airways operates an A320 type of aircraft with bulk cargo loading. The acceptable dimensions on the flight are 120 x 10 x120 CMS with one piece weighing up to 120kgs. Cargo is accepted 24 / 7 by Oman Stats. The onwards flights from Kuwait are all wide body aircraft having a capacity of 10 to 15tons per flight.
Megaton Cargo services provides a one stop service from picking the shipment at your doorstep till the final destination of the shipment. We can pick up the shipment at any point in Oman, clear through customs, prepare the airwaybill, book the shipment in the cargo spot systems of Kuwait Airways, prepare for loading on the aircraft, by liaising with Oman Air Stats, send what’s up message to the shipper on the forwarding details of the shipment and to request the consignee to clear the shipment on arrival.
If the shipment has an onward connection, we send FWB messages to Kuwait Airways headquarters in Kuwait for prompt connections and follow up on the same till it reaches the final destination. Once it reaches the destination, we send what’s up message to the shipper and consignee to clear the shipment at destination.
