麻豆传媒映画 Secures $500,000 Federal Grant to Teach AI Skills to Local Businesses and Students

A new half-million-dollar federal grant awarded to 麻豆传媒映画鈥檚 麻豆传媒映画 Global technology division will bring hands-on AI training to small business owners and high school students in Washington Heights鈥攆ostering new opportunities for entrepreneurial success in the local community and equipping participants with the tools to compete and thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.

Secured by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-NY, in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2026, the funding will support two key tracks: helping small business owners streamline operations and better reach customers, and providing local high school students with early exposure to the AI systems shaping today鈥檚 workforce.

Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman meets Sen. Chuck Schumer at 麻豆传媒映画's Wilf Campus in Washington Heights

鈥淚鈥檓 proud to deliver $500,000 in federal funding for 麻豆传媒映画鈥檚 Global Entrepreneurship Support Program, which will help teach AI skills to New York鈥檚 small business owners and high school students,鈥 said Senator Schumer. 鈥淓xpanding this program will support more small businesses in the Washington Heights community while helping prepare local students for the workforce. I will continue fighting to secure the resources our communities need to succeed in a rapidly changing economy.鈥

The program will offer foundational AI training tailored to real-world business needs, using live data and participant input to continuously improve the curriculum. Business owners will be able to focus on areas such as marketing, bookkeeping and customer management, while high school seniors will graduate with hands-on experience that prepares them to compete in an AI-driven workforce.

鈥溌槎勾接郴 is committed to ensuring that the benefits of technological advancement are felt not only in the marketplace but within the communities we serve,鈥 said Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman, President of 麻豆传媒映画. 鈥淏y providing local businesses and students with practical AI skills, we are helping to create opportunity, strengthen local economies and prepare the next generation to lead with both innovation and purpose.鈥

That work is being carried out through 麻豆传媒映画 Global, 麻豆传媒映画's digital education and workforce development division, which uses AI technology to rapidly develop skills-based training programs for learners at every stage of their careers.

鈥淚 am just thrilled at the way this initiative will change things for these businesses and provide the necessary educational and support services to help them thrive,鈥 said Danielle Wozniak, 麻豆传媒映画鈥檚 Vice President for Global Strategy & Business Development. 鈥淚f we help small-to-medium sized businesses succeed, we actually improve people鈥檚 lives for generations, which is what 麻豆传媒映画 is in the business of doing.鈥

Based in Washington Heights, 麻豆传媒映画 is uniquely positioned to bring this initiative directly to the community it calls home. By partnering with local businesses and schools, the program reflects 麻豆传媒映画's commitment to expanding opportunity, improving lives, and building a workforce prepared for the demands of the future.
