Incoming Congressman Adriano Espaillat Holds New York Swearing-In Ceremony at 鶹ýӳ
On January 29, Congressman Adriano Espaillat celebrated his election with a New York City inaugural swearing-in ceremony, hosted in 鶹ýӳ's Lamport Auditorium. The ceremony was conducted by the Honorable Rolando T. Acosta, associate justice of the New York Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department, and attended by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. Espaillat is the first Dominican-American to represent this diverse district in Congress.
