OSP reviews the terms in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel and is responsible for the execution of the agreement with the sponsor.OSP assists with negotiating:Incoming and outgoing sub-award agreements and amendments,Research collaboration agreements, Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), andOther funded or non-funded research related contracts and agreements.Research agreements and contracts can only be signed by an official signature authority.
