Mashgiach Ruchani
Rabbi Yosef Blau
Rabbi Yosef Blau has been the mashgiach ruchani (spiritual guidance counselor) at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary since 1977. He also is spiritual guidance counselor for students at the University's undergraduate schools and colleges. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1959 from Yeshiva College and a Master of Science degree at the University's Belfer Graduate School of Science in 1960. He was ordained at RIETS in 1961.
Rabbi Blau was associate principal at the Maimonides School in Brookline, MA, from 1965 to 1967. He served as principal of the Yeshiva High School of Hebrew Theological College in Skokie, IL, from 1967 to 1970. He then served as principal of the Jewish Educational Center in Elizabeth until his appointment at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³».

Rabbi Bacon attended Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh and is a graduate of Yeshiva College. He has semicha from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary, a master's degree in education from the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration, a master's degree in social work from New York University, Ehrenkranz School of Social Work, and he is a licensed clinical social worker.
Rabbi Bacon has taught and been a guidance counselor in several yeshiva high schools including MTA, The Frisch School and RTMA. He has also worked for the Jewish Family Services of Central NJ helping the greater Elizabeth community.

Rabbi Blass attended Yeshivat Ohr Yerushalayim and is a graduate of Yeshiva College. He has semicha from RIETS and attended Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s Bernard Revel Graduate School of Jewish Studies. For the last several years, he has been a rebbe and guidance counselor at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»HS-Boys and Hebrew Academy of Long Beach. He served as the Rov at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is currently the Mora D'Asra of Kehilas Bais Yehuda, Wesley Hills, NY.
